VAKKAS is a free online charity platform aiming to match financially eligible cancer patients with philanthropist contributors who will make tax-deductible contributions to VAKKAS in honor of specific patients for their treatment cost or for specific disease-related causes. Contributors determine where to donate and how to do it! Donations are sent to patients` hospital accounts, to be used uniquely for their treatment cost.

1 REGISTER
Join VAKKAS and become a VAKKAS PATIENT
- Remember to put as much information as possible to increase your chances to be matched with possible contributors.
- Your hospital must be a registered VAKKAS HOSPITAL for you to join VAKKAS.
- If your hospital is not yet a VAKKAS HOSPITAL, talk to your social worker or oncology nurse, and/or send an email to VAKKAS.
2 GET HELP
Wait for matching contributors and receive VAKKAS donations
- Remember, tax-deductible donations are sent by VAKKAS to your hospital in your honor.
3 SEND A THANK YOU NOTE
Once help reaches your hospital account,post a thank you note on Vakkas.org
1 REGISTER
Join VAKKAS to start helping patients who cannot afford their medications.
2 SEND MEDICATION COUPONS
You can see the list of medications needed by VAKKAS PATIENTS and HOSPITALS and donate medication coupons.
- VAKKAS will channel your medication coupons to the hospitals in honor of the patients who need them.
- Remember, all VAKKAS PATIENTS’ financial eligibility is approved by their hospitals.
3 RECEIVE A THANK YOU NOTE
VAKKAS will send you a thank you note once your coupon donations reach the hospitals.

- Once you join, you can search through VAKKAS PATIENTS in need and make tax-deductible donations, in their honor or for specific disease-related causes.
2 DONATE TO FIGHT CANCER AND OTHER CATASTROPHIC ILLNESSES
Your tax-deductible donations are sent to the hospitals in honor of your selected patient(s) for their treatment or for your select disease-related causes.
- Remember you can ADOPT PATIENT(S), CONTRIBUTE monthly or one time, or you can DONATE TO CAUSE(s): by diagnosis, state, hospital and other criteria of selection.
3 RECEIVE A THANK YOU NOTE
Once your tax-deductible donations reach their hospitals, a thank you note will be posted on Vakkas.org

2 HELP PATIENTS THROUGH CLINICAL TRIALS
You can search through eligible patients interested in clinical trial and treatment programs. Contact VAKKAS if any profiles are of interest.
3 RECEIVE THANKS
- If VAKKAS PATIENT(s) accept your offer of clinical treatment or trial, you will receive a Thank You note on vakkas.org
- Remember to check out VAKKAS STATISTICS to keep track of your donations and your Clinical Trial offers.
